The return period is 14 days from the receipt of the item. Please initiate the return no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
Return Conditions: The item must be in the same condition as received – unused, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a sales receipt or proof of purchase is required. Upon receiving the goods, the customer undertakes to open the product packaging carefully, without damaging the packaging and products. If it is possible to open the product package without damaging it, but the customer has damaged the package, the seller reserves the right to demand compensation for the loss caused by the decrease in the value of the product package when returning the goods, which will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded to the customer. If the product package cannot be opened without damaging it, the customer is not responsible for the damaged package. If the customer discovers upon receipt of the goods that the wrong or defective goods have been sent to the customer or that the goods do not reach the customer in good condition and in a closed package, the seller’s customer service must be informed immediately.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@roxder.com. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return PIN code and instructions for shipping the package. Direct costs (including postal fees) related to the return are borne by the customer. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and make it right. The online store is not responsible for damages incurred after the product has been used.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of products are not eligible for returns, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as made-to-order or personalized items), and personal hygiene products (like beauty products). European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Period: Regardless of the above, you have the right to withdraw or cancel your order within 14 days under European Union laws for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as received – unused, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a sales receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the bank account used for the purchase (the same account number) within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
