Order Processing & Delivery

Order Processing:
Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day.
Some made-to-order items (e.g. Aipi, MeowBaby, Adensen, Hopera) may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • EU: 3–8 business days

  • UK: 4–10 business days

  • US: 5–12 business days (paused temporarily)

Do you deliver door-to-door or to pickup points?

  • Door-to-door: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, UK.

  • Pickup points: All other EU countries.
    If there’s no pickup point within 5 km, delivery will default to door-to-door.

How can I return or exchange my order?

Please contact us by email and let us know whether you’d like to return or exchange your order.
We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (where available) so you can send the product back to our logistics partner.

If you’d like an exchange, simply include the name or link of the product you’d like instead.
Please note that exchanges are processed as a new order once your return is received.

Important: Roxder is an online store — returns and exchanges are not handled in person.

Which products can I return or exchange?

We accept returns for unused, unworn items in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in the same condition as received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept used or damaged products.

How long do I have to return or exchange a product?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return or exchange it, and up to 30 days to send it back.

Where will my package be delivered?

The system automatically selects the nearest available pickup point to your address.
If there are no pickup points within 5 km, your order will be delivered directly to your door.

Deliveries are handled by trusted couriers such as DPD, DHL, UPS, Omniva, or Posti, depending on your location.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Some made-to-order products (e.g., designer bags, furniture, or custom-made pieces) may take up to 3–4 weeks.

During busy holiday periods (like Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer due to courier demand.

My order included items from different brands — why did I only receive part of it?

That’s perfectly normal!
Products from different brands are shipped separately, as each brand fulfills orders from its own warehouse.
You’ll receive multiple packages if your order includes items from different suppliers.
Most shipments are sent around the same time and usually arrive within a few days of each other.

Can I visit a physical store or try products in person?

Roxder is an online-only store.
We don’t currently have a showroom or location for trying on or returning products in person — but we’ll make sure your order is delivered quickly and securely.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us (info@roxder.com) immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
