Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day.
Some made-to-order items (e.g. Aipi, MeowBaby, Adensen, Hopera) take longer.
Estimated delivery times:
EU: 3–8 business days
UK: 4–10 business days

Door-to-door: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, UK.
Pick-up points: all other countries.
If there’s no pick-up point within 5 km, or the item is large, delivery is door-to-door.

Please contact us by email and let us know whether you’d like to return or exchange your order.
We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (where available) so you can send the product back to our logistics partner.
If you’d like an exchange, simply include the name or link of the product you’d like instead.
Please note that exchanges are processed as a new order once your return is received.
Important: Roxder is an online store — returns and exchanges are not handled in person.

We accept returns for unused, unworn items in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in the same condition as received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept used or damaged products.

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at info@roxder.com within that time and we’ll send you the return instructions.

In pick-up point countries, the parcel goes to the nearest pick-up point or parcel locker to your address; you get a message from the courier when it arrives.
If there is none within 5 km, your order is delivered to your door.
Most parcels travel with DPD; some brands use DHL, UPS, Omniva or Posti.

Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Some made-to-order products (e.g., designer bags, furniture, or custom-made pieces) may take up to 3–4 weeks.
During busy holiday periods (like Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer due to courier demand.

That’s normal!
Each brand ships from its own warehouse, so an order with products from several brands arrives in separate parcels. You still pay only one delivery fee.
The parcels are usually sent around the same time and arrive within a few days of each other.

Roxder is an online-only store.
We don’t currently have a showroom or location for trying on or returning products in person — but we’ll make sure your order is delivered quickly and securely.
