How to use

Use a few drops in an aroma diffuser, or dilute in a carrier oil before massage or adding to a bath. Do not apply undiluted. Use with extreme caution during pregnancy or with small children. Keep out of children’s reach. Before use, make sure you are not allergic to the ingredient.
