Do you ship internationally?

Roxder ships across the EU and UK with reliable courier services such as DPD, DHL, UPS, Omniva, and Posti. Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused due to customs changes but will resume soon.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary by country, starting from €2.99 in Estonia. Delivery is free to pickup points in many EU countries if no pickup point is available within 5 km — your order will be delivered to your address instead.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed the next business day. Standard delivery times are 3–8 business days within the EU, 4–10 business days for the UK, and 5–12 business days for the US (when available).

What is your return policy?

Unused and unworn products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You have up to 30 days to ship them back. Direct return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Simply email info@roxder.com with your order number and details of the product you’d like to exchange. Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed as a new order.
